Live Near Friends has arrived in Los Angeles!

We’re officially launched in Los Angeles

LA is full of people who love each other but live an hour apart in traffic. Friends who only see each other when someone goes through a breakup. Grandparents who miss everyday moments. New parents who wish they had a real village to help with the kids.

If you think about it, Hollywood has been on this trend early. Keeping up with the Kardashians is basically a show about living near family. Kim is even building a five-home compound in Hidden Hills so her favorite people can be close by.

Most of us don’t have $35M to build a private compound. But the desire behind that move? Wanting your closest people nearby? That’s universal. And that’s where we come in.

LA is one of the toughest housing markets in the U.S.—but it’s also changing. New California laws are making it easier to create what we call multiplayer housing (aka friend compounds, modern-day family compounds, and multigen setups).

We want to help Angelenos find, coordinate, and buy those properties so more people can enjoy the benefits of living near friends and family.
